Well planned.
I've been clearing some of the old drives I "own" in work. In a few months we will be moving servers, and the IT boys don't want to move more than they have to.

I found a load of images I was planning to use for various tasks, plus a few html docs that use them. Although they are not the finished article - I have uploaded them. I may get round to cleaning them up sometime in 2024...

First the images.

There is the geographically correct London underground map The one seen on all the LU stations was devised by some clever chap whose name escapes me for the purpose of making it look friendly!

The next is a reading map through the various plot twists in the exceedingly good Pterry books. I first saw this in the discworld community. It's not completely up to date, but it's very useful never the less.

Then there's a couple of maps of home and work. Maps have always fascinated me! These are stolen from the very good site street map.

The last is a collection of arial photographs of where I work (it's exactly the same grid as used in the map above.)

I do have some aerial photos of my home... I'll have to find and upload them too.

Current Mood: mapped out.

Harry Beck designed the London Underground map that we all know and love. You can find more than you ever want to know about it here!

Thank you! I knew there was a web site (or 3) that gave far more information than any sane person might ever need...

I found the geographical one at a website dedicated to visiting each stop of the underground in under 19 hours... total madmen the lot of em!
